Hi, I’m Jess!
Designer, traveler, nature lover - and the owner of Suite Serenity. I designed this retreat to reflect my love of organic textures, modern design, and a deep connection to the forest. Inspired by quiet elegance, Suite Serenity is meant to feel like a luxurious escape where you can truly forest bathe and unwind.
My extensive travels and years of staying in short-term rentals shaped every design and detail of the cabin. From super comfy beds and fine cotton linens to thoughtful technology throughout, everything was chosen with intention. I focused on the details that matter to me as a guest: a dedicated workstation, good sound systems, sharp knives, and well-considered comforts so your stay feels effortless, elevated, and restorative.

I'm Eve, The Cabin Fairy!
As a Maggie Valley resident/real estate broker/investor, I had difficulty finding the kind of representation that my guests deserved. Rather than settle for what was available in the current Maggie Valley vacation rental market, I made it my mission to create a company that would exceed my rental guests’ needs and expectations. This needs-based focus reduced the amount of unnecessary expenses imposed upon both homeowners and rental guests. My team takes full advantage of technology, personal experience, as well as guest feedback, to design and grow the company.
